First off, LOL!!! I've never heard of this! I dont think it was the sex, eh or maybe it was just that good, but She may have had some sort of underlying medical condition that produces symptoms like syncope. OOOR maybe the woman has an abnormally high amount of blood flow going to her "who-ha" during intercourse that causes her brain not to get enough blood, giving her an orgasm so good, she faints. Thats what I'm thinkin....:)
